Engineering IRL uses Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. However, should anything go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Engineering IRL cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
You will receive a confirmation email from Engineering IRL to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Engineering IRL with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
Please note: Where part of your order is on backorder, your order will be sent when the backorder item/s are available for shipping.
If there is a delivery failure not caused by Engineering IRL (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Engineering IRL can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.

Please be aware there may be some delays during and following any sale/promotional events and any exhibition’s we attend throughout the year. We do not ship on NSW Public Holidays.
