Quantum Computing is getting real with Google announcing milestone

With no real advancements in the past 30 years but a steady increase of the word usage in movies, Google announced a milestone achieved that did what current supercomputers could do in 10,000 years in 200 seconds.

We're still wrapping our heads around this one and will update with the engineering behind all these experiments and see what we can learn from it.
