Your Engineering Reputation and how to improve it in 2021

When I first released the Engineering IRL podcast the very first episode was called Rev.1 Your Engineering Rep and how to improve it.

Today in 2021 I am building upon that concept for you to thrive and level up with purpose. It comes on the heels of doing an interview for the popular Engineering Career Coach Podcast and this question came up.

I outline 5 main steps with the first 3 being the necessary fundamentals - especially early on in your career and the last 2 steps, 4 and 5 are for engineers of all types, especially those trying to go from competent engineer with a solid reputation to that next level leader type engineer with an excellent reputation.
