Service Description

Get some guidance on your career and how to approach it. Put yourself on the right path to success and learn from words of experience. I started as an Intern for 1.5 years and since have gone from graduate engineer to project engineer, to system engineer and now to lead engineer within 6.5 years. I have coached many Interns and graduates to success over the years of all different learning types and backgrounds and some have used this mentorship as part of modules in completing their course studies! If you want an idea of what you could expect before trying the service listen to the free Engineering IRL podcast. This service is comprised of a review of your Engineering story so far (including resume, linkedin and portfolio) ahead of the sessions and 2x sessions 1 hour each. Come out of the sessions with some direction, your concerns heard, short term and long term goals, tactics and techniques for approaching your early career a professional resume and LinkedIn profile. -1hr engineering career coaching session (E.g. Current career path, short term and long term goals, standing out, mentorship, feedback, getting on bigger projects, how to innovate and create for your company, strategies for success, topics of your choosing) -1hr engineering career coaching follow up session (Update progress, review of goals and redefine as necessary, feedback of execution, soft skills, performance review, upskilling, training, certification, promotion, topics of your choosing) -Featured on Engineering IRL show (optional) -Featured on Engineering IRL spotlight (optional) -Resume Review and feedback -Engineering portfolio review and update (LinkedIn+projects) -Personalised LinkedIn review and relevant endorsements Book your first 1 hour session and we will book in the follow up session then.
